Set in one of the most exquisite wilderness areas left on our planet, the Okavango Delta, the brand new Selinda Camp rests on the banks of the beautiful Selinda Spillway. The private reserve boasts elephants by the thousands, regular sightings of wild dog as well as the famous Selinda Lion Pride recently featured in the National Geographic’s film “Birth of a Pride” by Dereck and Beverly Joubert. This area is remote, wild and rich in animal life, echoing the true spirit of Africa.
Spears, shields and traditional African décor is the running theme throughout the camp, with the architectural design elements focusing on water, air, earth and fire. Of all the elements however, Selinda focuses mainly on water, with blue design element and crystal clear swimming pools overlooking the spillway in front of camp.
